Cancellation Policy

If you cancel for ANY reason your payments will be fully refunded up to 14 days prior to your reservation. If you cancel from 14 days to 72 hours a $100 per angler penalty will be forfeited from monies paid to Blue Ice Charters. At the 72 hour mark, (6am) 3 days prior to your reservation (Alaska Great Time) there is no refund due to the probability of your seats(s) not being filled. If you do not show up within 1 hour of your start time , according to trip, for ANY reason without captain approval the vessel will leave without you and you will not receive a refund. Please Note, if any angler gets seasick, we will not return to port if there are other paying clients onboard. Please take Dramamine or seasickness medication. Regarding Weather, rain or temperature is not a valid reason to cancel. We fish in these conditions so be prepared. Regarding seas, your captain is experienced and will make the final call if it safe to fish that day or not. If we, Blue Ice Charters cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
